South mission for the laying of the fiber optic cable in Mauritius. Prior installation and connection of the cable, Immersub was asked to conduct a complete survey of the seabed to identify any obstruction for the cable route. Challenging operation for the dive team as it required an important mobilization from the headquarters of the company to the location in the south of the island. Fortunately, weather forecast was accurate and the team managed to complete the survey in a safely manner.
A complete set of tests has been carried out, from soil sampling to air lance testing, the whole cable route has been inspected and complete report has been submitted to the customer.
